STATUTE

1. The judge and organizer of the competition decide on all matters relating to the course of the Tournament.
2. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the PZT.
3. The tournament is aimed mainly at representatives of the commercial real estate market and all other people who are interested in participating and meet all the criteria listed in the regulations.
4. All players are eligible for the game, regardless of age (adult), gender and level of advancement.
5. Only amateurs, that is people not professionally connected with tennis, can participate in the competition.
6. Only amateurs, that is people not professionally connected with tennis, can participate in the competition. Competitors cannot be listed on the PZT, ITF and ITF Seniors lists.
7. The tournament will be played in singles and doubles games.
8. The tournament will be held in the singles category (separate men’s and women’s categories) and doubles (no gender division, mixed pairs are allowed within the category).
9. The final decision on each participant rests only with the organizer of the competition.
10. Participants’ applications will be accepted no later than May 26, 2021 inclusive.
11. Applications are accepted by e-mail and by online registration at www.tennis.eurobuildconferences.com
12. Participants may register for up to two tournament categories (single and doubles).
13. The competitor must have his own racket and 2 pairs of shoes for two different surfaces: decoturf and brick powder.
14. The draw for the singles category will take place after the list of competitors is closed, ie on May 26, 2022.
15. The singles game schedule will be published on the website www.tennis.eurobuildconferences.com and sent by e-mail to the tournament players. Each player is obliged to check what time the match is scheduled for.
16. The seeding of players in the Tournament is based on the places taken in tennis tournaments organized by Eurocee in previous years.
17. Registration for the doubles category will be held until 12:00 on the day of the tournament, ie on May 27, 2022
18. A maximum of 16 pairs may enter the doubles category. The order of applications will be decisive.
19. Participation in the competition will not be possible if the competitor does not turn up 15 minutes before the time of his match at the organizers.
20. The matches in the singles category will be played in a group-cup system. In group games, matches are played in a peer-to-peer system.
21. The matches in the doubles category will be played in the knockout system.
22. Unless the Organizer decides otherwise, matches are played until one set is won. The semi-finals and finals are played with up to 2 full sets won.
23. The organizer reserves the right to change the system and the manner of conducting the Tournament in the case of a greater or lesser number of players and weather conditions.
24. The scoreboard will be updated on an ongoing basis and will be available for inspection at the organizer’s stand and at the judge’s.
25. The winners will be announced at the end of the tournament.
26. The awards will be presented during the evening ceremony.
27. Participation in a tennis competition requires the payment of the entry fee in the amount of PLN 540 net.
28. The premium is intended for the tournament service, i.e. court booking, balls, water, lunch, etc.
29. Participation in the tournament is tantamount to accepting the regulations.
